This soup is one of my absolute favorites!

I made this version with one try and instantly knocked it out of the park.

This soup is soooo easy to make, soooo good for you, it makes enough for next day leftover eats (which taste even better!) and to top it all off this soup

New to the vegan world (one month +) I’ve been on the search for easy to make recipes that are budget friendly and that do not require a laundry list of ingredients that I don’t know how to pronounce or find in a grocery store.

I found the original recipe on NutriBullet’s NutriLiving blog, but I’ve tweaked it a bit to fit my picky palate. This yummy shake is the tastebud equivalent of eating blueberry vanilla ice cream. What a way to start the day!!
